Terms Of Service

By commission me you agree to the following:

•To not use the drawing for commercial purposes.
•I do not consent to my Art being used in AI art programs, regardless of its purpose.•You are not allowed in any way to use my art as a NFT or to use it in association to crypto currencies or other blockchain technologies.•I retain the rights to my artwork and to share the finished commission on my socials, if you wish for me not to share it, this must be discussed at the start of the commission process, and know that this will incur an extra cost, this includes whether you want me to not share any WIP to someone else but you alone.•You are allowed to share the finished piece on your own socials, as a pfp and or icons, however you are not allowed in any circumstance allowed to:-Modify the watermark and signature.-Remove the water mark or signature.-Crop out the watermark and or signature.-Claim the work as yours.-For cases where avoiding infringing on these terms, be it due to the positioning of the signature, or otherwise, is not posible, you can ask for a modified version, free of charge, with the signatures moved to make cropping possible(I.e,say a half bust is gonna be used as a headshot pfp, but the signature is by the character waist, you can simply ask for a signature to be put by the characters shoulder)•If you do share the Artwork on your own social medias, it must be credited.•Payment will be delivered at the end of the process, once the final render has been approved.•Any previews before payment will have a intrusive watermark added to prevent theft of the work, along with it not being a full resolution image.•Once payment is received, a clean and nonintrusive watermark version will be provided.•Commissions can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks depending on the piece, if more time is needed I will let you know, and I will let you know at the start of the process how busy I will be, and whether the ETA will be within the given window of 3 to 4 weeks to begin with.•I reserve the right to decline a commission even if it doesn't infringe with my TOS or Will do/Wont do.•My Will do/Wont Do are not negotiable, if you try to commission me for a drawing that Infringes my TOS or Will Do/Wont do, I will refuse the commission, and any further attempts at getting me to accept it will lead to being blocked and I will no longer accept any commissions for you regardless of its compliance with my terms.•If for some reason I cannot work on the commission at the time, or need to pause work on it, I will let you know, and from there you can choose to cancel the commission, or wait till I can work on it once again.
•You get 3 revisions at the Sketch/Lineart Phase, once I start on base colors, only revisions allowed free of charge are color correction, anything beyond that will involve a extra fee of $5 per change(May vary depending on complexity of the revision), major revisions like posing or perspective, will incur a higher cost.
•Payment will be received through Paypal.
•You must be 18 years or older.
•I normally work at canvas that is 3000x3000 pixels, you can ask for slight changes to that, i.e to fit a certain scale resolution, like 4:3 or a certain format, i.e Instagram 1:1 format.
